Holiday Inn Express & Suites Galesburg By Ihg

Couch was filthy and uncomfortable.

Appreciated our stay, recommend. The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a business area, short walk to a good Mexican restaurant, Galesburg for a funeral and a big supermarket. Exceptionally nice location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Also, it was 2 miles from Galesburg Railroad Museum. The room was updated and new-fashioned, we had central heating, TV and a microwave.

I liked very efficient and helpful employees!

The room was well-appointed and reasonably large. The hotel was in a comfortable position adjacent to Galesburg for a funeral, food, and a big supermarket, gas station, and a good Mexican restaurant across the street.

Surprised in the best way!

Breakfast had excellent choices, and the pet-friendly policy made it easy to bring my furry friend along for just a small fee. The availability of poop bags outside shows they care about pet owners.

Clean, but remote control issues

The suite was clean. The equipped exercise room had a fantastic range of modern equipment that catered to my workout needs. I appreciated the built-in bench along the side of the room for my luggage-it's a practical detail that makes a significant difference. I relished the breakfast selection, especially the variety of delicious smoked meats that kick-started my day.

The place was modern and clean, and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the included breakfast. Don't miss the coffee station in the entry area. It's a nice touch. We even explored some local attractions and had a blast!

Instead, they had Cinnabons, which didn't hit the spot like the usual treats. For us, it was a bit disappointing since we were looking forward to those delicious rolls.

Came with my family for a reunion. The room offered ample space, but the bed fell short of comfort. The breakfast selection was excellent with a variety of options. The staff were attentive, everything was cleaned up well and that we had what we needed. The fitness center had modern equipment and a great range of free weights, which I really appreciated. The room rate felt quite high for what we experienced. I noticed the charging stations for electric cars were limited, inconvenient for our family member traveling by electric vehicle.

The room was super spacious and clean, and I loved the built-in bench for my suitcase! I spent some great time relaxing by the indoor pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Just a heads up, the available charging spots for electric cars were pretty limited, but overall, I had an awesome stay 😊

The indoor swimming pool was fantastic for relaxation. Plus, the decor throughout was refreshing and modern. Breakfast options were abundant and satisfying. This is a great pick for a family getaway.

room temperature control can be improved.

the heating control in the room was tricky to manage and would fluctuate.

The room offered a generous amount of space and an inviting amount of natural light. The fitness room featured a surprising variety of equipment, including treadmills and free weights, exceeding what you'd normally find at this kind of hotel.

The bed fell short of expectations, with many travelers noticing the lack of comfort. The charging stations for electric vehicles were limited in this area. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that I faced a non-refundable charge due to a cancellation policy that was easy to overlook.

Extremely clean accommodations with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including delicious smoked meats, made for a satisfying start to the day. The fitness room had modern equipment and a great range of free weights. It was unfortunate, however, that limited charging stations for electric vehicles were available, and the room's remote control had intermittent issues.

It was clean and the staff was super friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a nice touch, and i loved that the fitness center had up-to-date equipment. The built-in bench for luggage was such a thoughtful addition!

Excellent cleanliness and friendly staff. Only downside was remote control issues in the room.
